Here’s what you can expect from our Qabar maintenance plans. Each plan includes different services depending on the level you choose
- Headstone cleaning (range from basic to deep cleaning )
- Removal of dirt, debris and build up from the grave
- Surrounding area tidy up and refresh
- Fresh or dry flowers depending on plan chosen
- before and after phots or/and videos depending on plan chosen
- Optional extra with any date of your choice. or any special days such as birthdays, death anniversary and other special days.
Here's what's not included in our plans
These features below are not included in our plans or work .
This can change in the future but currently we do not offer any of these.
- Repair/ replacement of headstone or any structural damage
- Large landscaping or any major gardening work
- Removal of any hazardous waste or materials
- Any services that is restricted by Cementry rules and regulations
Additional information
Terms
Prices may vary depending on the condition of the grave and location.
Any extra work needed (heavy cleaning, repairs, or large overgrowth) will be discussed and agreed before we go ahead.
Flowers, plants, or decorations are optional and charged separately unless included in your plan.
Photo updates are provided where possible and with the customer’s consent.
Access to the cemetery must be permitted; we can’t be responsible for work we’re unable to complete due to restricted access, weather, or site rules.
We treat all graves with respect but cannot be held responsible for existing damage to headstones or memorials.
Visits may be rescheduled due to bad weather or cemetery restrictions.
Payments are required in advance unless agreed otherwise.
Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may still be charged.
Optional services
You can choose to add extra services like flowers or special decorations. These are not included in your plan and will cost extra. If you’d like, we can help arrange these for you at the time of your visit.
