What is included in the Qabar Maintenance Plan?
Our plan covers regular cleaning of the grave, weeding, tidying the surrounding area, and optional flower placement, depending on the package you choose.
Can I change my Qabar Maintenance Plan?
Yes. Our plans are flexible. You can update your service details by contacting our Customer Service team. Some changes may involve additional costs, which will always be discussed with you first.
How often will you visit the grave?
Visit frequency depends on the plan you select (e.g. monthly, quarterly, or one-off visits). This will be clearly outlined when you sign up.
Will I receive updates?
Yes. We can provide before-and-after photos and a short update after each visit, so you have peace of mind if you can’t attend in person.
Which areas do you cover?
We offer local / national coverage. Please contact us to confirm availability in your area.
Is this service respectful of cemetery rules?
Absolutely. All work is carried out respectfully and in line with cemetery regulations and guidelines.
Can I book a one-off visit?
Yes. One-off clean and tidy visits are available if you don’t want an ongoing plan. You can also add the extras of your choice which is payable on top.
Do you remove old or damaged items?
We will remove wilted flowers or tidy items with your permission. We’ll never remove personal items without approval.
Can I choose the flowers?
Yes. You can request specific fresh flowers or colours, subject to availability and seasonal changes. Dry flowers can be chosen based on availability.
What happens if the weather is bad?
If conditions aren’t suitable, we’ll reschedule your visit to the next suitable date or you can choose any other day. However you will be informed.
Can you clean headstones?
Yes. We offer gentle headstone cleaning using safe, appropriate methods.
Do I need to be present?
No. You don’t need to attend — we’ll take care of everything and send you updates.
How do I cancel or pause my plan?
You can cancel or pause your plan by contacting our Customer Service team. Any notice periods or terms will be clearly explained.
Is there a contract or minimum term?
This depends on the plan you choose. Full terms will be shared before you sign up, so there are no surprises.
Can I gift a Grave Maintenance Plan to someone else?

Yes. You can request visits around special dates such as anniversaries or birthdays, subject to availability.
What if the grave needs repairs?
If we notice damage or issues that require professional repair, we’ll inform you and suggest next steps. We don’t carry out structural repairs but will be happy to advise.
Are your staff trained.
Yes. Our team is trained to work respectfully in cemetery settings .
How do I pay for the plan?
You can pay upfront or choose a payment plan, depending on the options available. Full payment details will be provided before you confirm.
Can I upgrade my plan later?
Yes. You can upgrade at any time by contacting our Customer Service team. Any price differences will be explained before changes are made.
Do I get a booking confirmation?
Yes. Once you book a Grave Maintenance Plan, you will receive a confirmation by email (or post if preferred) with all the details of your plan, including visit schedule, services included, and contact information.
Will I receive reminders before each visit?
Yes. We can send you reminders before each scheduled visit so you know when our team will be attending the grave. This helps you stay informed even if you cannot be there in person.
