Scheduled visits carried out at agreed intervals (e.g. monthly, bi-monthly, quarterly, or annually), with the option to increase frequency for special dates such as anniversaries, religious observances, or birthdays.
Comprehensive cleaning of the grave site, including removal of weeds, moss, fallen leaves, litter, and any natural build-up around the plot.
Careful cleaning of headstones.
Edging and light maintenance of surrounding grass areas where permitted, ensuring the plot remains neat and respectfully presented.
Placement of fresh flowers, dry flowers, wreaths, or potted plants according to the selected plan, with consideration given to seasonal availability and cultural or religious preferences.
Replacement or tidying of existing decorations left by family members, ensuring items are respectfully handled and repositioned.
Before-and-after photographic updates are provided after each visit to give reassurance and transparency, especially for clients unable to attend in person.
Optional add-on services where clients can choose the flowers or make a special request.
Flexible plan options ranging from one-off visits to ongoing subscription packages, with the ability to upgrade or customize services based on changing needs.
Customer support available to handle requests, updates, or special instructions.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Clients must provide accurate and complete details of the grave location, including cemetery name, section, plot number, and any identifying markers to ensure correct service delivery.
Access to the grave site must be permitted by the cemetery authorities; services cannot be carried out where restrictions, closures, or regulations prevent entry.
All work is carried out in accordance with cemetery rules and regulations, including limitations on decorations, planting, and cleaning methods.
Services may be rescheduled due to adverse weather conditions, health and safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances, with reasonable efforts made to inform the client in advance.
Cleaning methods are tailored to the material and condition of the headstone; however, no liability is accepted for pre-existing damage, deterioration, or fragility of the stone.
Structural repairs, major restorations, or reinstallation of headstones are not included however we will notify you of any such repair needed.
Flower types, colours, and arrangements may vary depending on seasonal availability and supplier stock; substitutions of equal value may be made where necessary.
Subscription plans or one off plans require payment in advance.
Cancellation policies may require notice, and refunds are unavailable once a service visit has been completed
Missed visits due to incorrect information provided by the client may still be chargeable
Photographic updates are provided for reassurance but may be affected by lighting, weather conditions, or cemetery restrictions on photography.
Liability is limited in cases of damage caused by factors outside of control, including vandalism, theft, extreme weather, or actions of third parties.
The service provider reserves the right to amend pricing, service scope, or terms with reasonable prior notice.
Communication will be carried out via agreed channels (such as email or text, call), and it is the client’s responsibility to ensure contact details are kept up to date.
Any special requests must be agreed in advance and may incur additional charges depending on complexity or urgency.
